Woman’s Adorable Workout with Dog Leaves Viewers Stunned! Here’s What You Can Learn

Dogs may truly be a man’s, or a woman in this case, best friend.

Many people often workout alone, or if they’re lucky they have a workout buddy to tag along with for some extra motivation.

This Russian lady seems to have struck the jackpot as far as workout buddies go, as she’s seen in an adorable workout with her Doberman dog.

Throughout the workout, her dog is able to imitate all of her moves – from neck stretches to push ups. It was also able to stand on its back legs to perform squats!

The cutest of them all came when it put its paws on its owners knees while she performed ab crunches. This left the viewers stunned by the Doberman’s intelligence to be playful with a focus.

But what can we learn from this video about our health? 2 things – owning a pet and having a workout buddy!

Health benefits of owning a pet

Owning a pet is a great way to stay healthy. According to HelpGuide.org, pets can improve our mental health greatly in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness.

On the physical side, more active pets such as dogs are often more playful and require you to walk them outdoors. This is a great way to get some cardio in to boost your cardiovascular health with an outdoor buddy. In fact, a study conducted by dog food manufacturer Mars Petcare shown that dog owners increased their weekly walking duration by 30 minutes after owning a dog.

Another interesting statistic is that pet owners who are over the age of 65 make 30% less visits to the doctors than those who do not own a pet.

So if you’re looking for some fluffy joy in your life, a pet could be your way to a happier and fitter life!

Health benefits of having a workout buddy

If you’re not a fan of a fur ball friend, humans aren’t that bad too. If you find yourself struggling to workout alone, a workout buddy is a great way to get you fired up.

Trust me, I’ve been there. Promising myself I’m going to stay active, but when the time comes I just want to slouch on my couch.

From my experience, when I have a workout buddy it keeps me disciplined and accountable. Also, if you are good friends with your workout buddy (which they should be), it becomes more fun! You can challenge each other, or do a workout/sport that requires two people.

The best part? You’ll eventually be introduced to more people and you form your healthy little community. That’s what got me into fitness in the first place!

While I love my personal time when I exercise, it’s nice to have some company once in a while to socialize. That’s part of a healthy lifestyle too.

I hope the video of the Doberman dog was a boost of joy for your day, and this is your sign to get a human or pet workout buddy to keep you fit and healthy!
